A written document setting forth agreements reached by the parties in mediation. Signed by both parties as well as any attorneys present.

Cata Cuneo is a Spanish language consultant and expert in second language acquisition in Denver, Colorado.   1. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a very common concept in Colorado Commercial law. It is usually the document from which more comprehensive contractual documents are drafted.
